To our SFNC Members,

The Seaford Football Netball Club committee hope you are all well and enjoyed the Christmas and New Year period with your families and friends.

After a year of unknown and shut down due to Covid-19 the Seaford Football Netball Club is looking forward to season 2021. In a year, that marks our 100th year celebration and return to RF Miles Reserve the club is excited for season 2021.

During the 2020 non season the committee participated in a workshop by Terry Dillion Solutions which provided key information on how to structure our club moving forward along with a business plan into the future. A focus on this workshop was to change the structure of our committee to suit the current operations of the club. This committee structure will be put in place for season 2021 and the election of the 2021 board of management will take place at the club’s AGM. This will include the Executive (Blue) and General Committee (Red) to be elected. Other roles (yellow) are non-committee roles and will be confirmed separately to the AGM. Offers to fill these roles will be warmly received.

The new structure is designed to streamline our operations, spread the workload, and provide clear portfolios with accompanying position descriptions. Put simply we want everyone to pitch in and help but not dumped with an unreasonable and unknown workload.
